Q. What's your product?

A. We offer free, useful, attractive, and straightforward websites to community associations. Our websites are professional, well maintained, well supported and frequently visited. Our promotions, combined with features and benefits that residents want and need on a regular basis, all add up to a lot of residents using and depending on your website. (back to top)

Q. What are some of the benefits your website will provide our association?

A. A community association website is an information and communications system that enables the community manager, board members and residents to communicate with each other.
The community manager and board members always use the website.  The problem arises when the residents don't use the website, because it lacks features and benefits to attract them.  If the residents don't use the website the entire system breaks down. A good analogy is a three-legged stool that's missing one leg.
We provide the missing leg.  Our focus is to make the website attractive to the residents so that they will use it too. When this happens, the website becomes a powerful communications tool, instantly producing results that are truly amazing.  The benefits include:

  1. Fewer phone calls and emails to the community management company and community manager
  2. Saves time and money for the association
  3. Automation significantly reduces workload
  4. Tasks are accomplished in less time and at a lower cost
  5. Board members can get essential information to the residents quickly and efficiently
  6. Residents are happier
  7. Small problems don't turn into big problems (back to top)

Q. Why do communities using a website built by you have such a high percentage of residents using the site?

A. We design the site with the residents in mind first.  Our approach is from the view of a homeowner and what a homeowner would need and want on a regular basis.  That is the concept of the "Community Town Center".  Whenever someone needs or wants something they can usually find it in the center of town: groceries, restaurants, schools, city hall, banks, legal, medical, etc. Residents go to the website to find information on things they use on a daily or weekly basis. The website becomes a “utility” for the residents.  When they need information regarding the community, they just naturally go to the website. The board of directors or community manager can quickly get information to the residents, because the information is in a place where the residents will see it. (back to top)

Q. How can you provide free websites? What’s the catch?

A. Your website is paid for through our Preferred Vendor Program.  There is absolutely no cost to your association whatsoever. (back to top)

Q. What is the Preferred Vendor Program?

A. Community associations do business with many different providers, such as attorneys, accountants, landscapers, maintenance, pool companies, etc.  We provide a list of up to 3 providers in each category.  We only require that when going out to bid for services, your association allow the vendors on the Preferred Vendor list an opportunity to submit a proposal along with any other providers you choose. (back to top)

Q. Is my association obligated to do business with the preferred providers?

A. No. (back to top)

Q. Can my association request bids or proposals from vendors that are not on the Preferred Vendor list?

A. Yes.  We do not restrict with whom your association can or cannot do business with.  We only require that you include the preferred vendors in the proposal process and allow them the opportunity to submit a bid too.  In many cases it gives your association an advantage, because it creates more competition for the vendors, which is good for the association. Q. How do I know the quality of the preferred vendors?

A. Vendors go through a screening process before they are allowed to participate in our Preferred Vendor program.  Our Preferred Vendors must:

  • Produce copies of all appropriate licenses
  • Produce a certificates of liability insurance
  • Guarantee their work 100%

We also suggest you check references from any vendor, whether they are on our preferred provider list or not. (back to top)

Q. Our management company provides us with a website, but we also like the added features of your website. Can the two be combined and work together?

A. Yes. We can combine ours to work seamlessly with your management company's website, giving you all the extra added features while still allowing you to keep your management company's website. With our new drop down menu feature, we can add all of our features anywhere on your existing site. (back to top)

Q. Can my site be customized for our community?

A. Yes. Every site is customized to fit the look and feel of each individual community it serves. It becomes a beautiful showcase for your community, enhancing property values. (back to top)

Q. We don’t have a computer guru to run our website and if we did, what if he or she moved away, or lost interest?

A. You don’t need one.  We do it all for you. If you want to post pictures, list events, meeting minutes and agendas, it’s as simple as sending us an email.  We are committed to providing world-class customer service. (back to top)

Q. You also mention website promotion, how and why do you do that?

A. Promotion of your website ultimately helps you communicate the message you want to communicate and get what you need out of your site. We offer a variety of ways to encourage the residents to visit your website including:

  1. Opt-in drip email
  2. Our Newsletter
  3. Refrigerator magnets
  4. Business cards with the website address
  5. Inserts in the monthly association statement
  6. Website visitors can register for prizes from our vendors (back to top)

Q: What other services do you offer?

A: Credit card and debit card merchant account services.  We give your residents the option of paying their monthly association dues with a credit card or debit card such as Master Card and Visa.  We find many people look at this as a terrific convenience and they get can get "rewards points" on their credits cards.  It also helps cut down on delinquencies and collections.  When the card is charged the money is deposited directly into the association's account.  (back to top)

Q: So, what's the "bottom line"?

A: Here's the "bottom line":

  1. Our service is FREE!
  2. You'll have an effective website that saves everyone time and money.
  3. Try it. We guarantee you'll love it. (back to top)
